Vision

Justs vision is that the organisation will inspire individuals, communities and organisations in West Yorkshire to have a strong sense of Racial Justice which enables and empowers them to respond quickly and effectively to racism and Racial Justice and increasing awareness of issues.

JUST wants to be recognised in West Yorkshire for leading work that promotes Racial Justice, challenges racism and impacts positively in bringing about change in attitudes and behaviours.

Just Values

JUST is driven by the values of justice, integrity, honesty, fairness,parity,openness and accountability. The values recognise that racism is a complex and diverse concept and an activity that is constantly changing and that it manifests itself in many forms,Any action aimed at ensuring Racial Justice must also be responsive and relevant to this change both locally and globally.

This requires JUST being action oriented and outcome driven, working in a non-competitive way and promoting co-operation between agencies,communities and individuals in tackling racism; working in concert with other like-minded people and organisations and developing partnerships and networks to amplify their efforts in Racial Justice.
